This beer was made with three different types of New Zealand hops. These hops are known to give off fruit flavors like white grape and apricot. This beer has ZERO IBU. Yes, ZERO. Isn’t that what you asked for? I didn’t want to, but you made me do it! “Whatever! Make me a bicycle, clown!” I’ll be your clown.
For this collaboration with Tricycle Ice Cream, we mashed Ube (purple yams) into a golden ale recipe. Then, we added cocoa nibs, toasted coconut, vanilla, and milk sugar. Cheers to One Year!
This unfiltered style of ale is pale and cloudy in appearance due to the high level wheat used in the mash. It has been spiced with coriander, orange peel, and fermented with a Belgian yeast. It gives the beer flavors of banana, cloves, citrus and spice. Crisp and refreshing!
