Each Jigs & Swigs event brings together iconic elements of Irish dance such as posture and footwork in easy-to-follow patterns, modifiable for all levels and abilities. A typical class is 45-50 minutes long and culminates in a post-workout drink. This special event is open to adults and children 12+.
